Swfyt connects riders who want transportation or delivery with independent drivers. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account, and the information you provide when signing up must be accurate.

Riders are responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination details, treating drivers respectfully, and paying for completed trips or deliveries through an approved payment method.

Drivers are responsible for holding a valid licence, keeping their vehicle and documents up to date, completing the required verification process, and following applicable road and safety laws while using the platform.

Fares are calculated based on factors such as distance, time and demand, and are shown before you confirm a trip. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the circumstances of a cancelled trip.

We may suspend or terminate access to Swfyt for accounts that violate these terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

Swfyt provides a platform connecting riders and independent drivers. To the extent permitted by law, Swfyt is not liable for the conduct of riders or drivers on the platform, beyond its obligations to operate the verification and safety features described on our Safety page.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Swfyt after an update means you accept the revised terms.
