Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behaviour toward drivers, riders, or anyone else is not tolerated on Swfyt. This includes behaviour based on race, religion, gender, disability, age, or any other characteristic.

Follow the road rules that apply in your area. Drivers are expected to drive attentively and avoid any activity that puts a rider, pedestrian, or other road user at risk. Riders are expected to behave safely inside the vehicle throughout the trip.

Provide accurate information when creating and using your account. Do not misrepresent your identity, vehicle, or trip details.

Drivers are expected to maintain a clean, safe, roadworthy vehicle. Riders are expected to leave the vehicle as they found it.

Swfyt may not be used to transport illegal goods, or for any activity that violates applicable law.

If something happens on a trip that concerns you, report it through the trip screen in the app, or visit our Safety page for more on how to reach us. Accounts that violate these guidelines may be reviewed, restricted, or removed from the platform.
