While using the app, we collect trip information, including pickup and drop-off locations and device location data needed to match you with a driver and track a trip in progress.

• Process payments
• Verify driver identity and eligibility
• Provide customer and safety support
• Improve the reliability and safety of the platform

We share the minimum information necessary between riders and drivers to complete a trip, such as name, photo, vehicle details, and location. We may share information with payment processors and other service providers who help operate the platform, and where required by law.

Swfyt uses location data to match you with nearby drivers, calculate routes and fares, and provide live trip tracking. You can control location permissions through your device settings, though this may limit parts of the service.

We retain account and trip information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
